Abstract:
Helping executives understand the benefits of records management within an organization can be a challenge. Most often, executives are not aware of the current state of the company's intellectual assets. In her presentation, Anna will review the elements of creating a needs assessment, including assessing the current state of your Rim plan, calculating cost savings and ROI, and writing the presentation to address good corporate governance, risk management and increased efficiency, productivity and customer service. About the speaker:
Anna Stratton is Director of Information Management Solutions at Southwest Solutions Group headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Anna specializes in records management and business process protocols, policy design and information retention policies and process. Customers include Dunkin Brands, Timberland, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, The Boston Symphony Orchestra, Dartmouth University, the United States Court of Appeals and Parkland Hospital, for whom she has conducted records management assessments and risk analysis, deployed technologies for electronic document management and designed document retention architectures. When not evangelizing the benefits of Southwest Solutions Group Information Management Solutions, she spends time with organizations to identify key elements of information management that impact corpoate function on both a departmental and enterprise level. Anna has over 18 years of professional business management experience and provides advice nationwide through the SYSTEC Group's "Ask the Expert" column. Anna is also a dynamic national speaker and conducts private corporate seminars on a variety of topics in additiona to providing keynote and educational speeches for organizations such as ARMA and the Lorman Seminar Group.
