Abstract:
This presentation will explain why your company uses social media, what the legal issues are, and what some of the pitfalls might be in using social media. This new and rapidly evolving technology is here to stay, and if you haven't been keeping up with it, this will be an informative primer. While Chris does not have a background in records management, he will touch on the impact of social media on RIM. You can depend on Chris to present the essentials in user-friendly language. He encourages you to bring any questions about social media, in relation to both your company's use of it and you own.
About the speaker:
Chris Vaughan is the owner and president of WSI Marketing ROI, which focuses on bringing internet marketing solutions to small and medium businesses. A big component of his company's work involves effective use of social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
